Yeah, this is HARD! Today was the pizza/pool party for some little cousins and it was tough. Not as tough as I'd thought, but as I write this around 6:40 pm -- I'm exhausted! Not sure if it was the mental toll of the day or what, but feeling beat today. Not nearly as energy or as upbeat as I've been. The scale doesn't seem to be moving much either -- down half a pound today. I know down is down, but I'd like to see MORE down.
So, I'm heading to bed early tonight and hoping for a better day tomorrow...
